SPORT: GIRL’S GYMNASTICS
Formed by George and June Szypula in the mid 1960’s. Won or placed 2nd from 1969-1973. Three individuals won the individual all-around competition: Merry Jo Hill (1969 & 1972), Katherine Kolemainen (1970 & 1971), and Ann Weaver (1973). All three successfully competed on strong college or university teams.
